All our houses are affordable and set at a discount to that which you would normally pay on the Open Market to a private landlord. Houses will be allocated to people who meet the eligibility criteria but are not classified as being most in need and will most likely be in full time employment, be able to afford to pay the rent and pass our tenancy referencing.
